Leading property portal FindaProperty.com has today launched an iPhone app bringing the FindaProperty.com search functionality to the world of mobile home hunting...

The new app, which is available to download for free from the Apple App store, has a number of unique features not available on other property portal applications. One enables users to display all sales and rental property listings on a map and browse directions to each property.

The new app also syncs with a user's FindaProperty.com online account so that searches on both the iPhone and a PC are saved for later reference safely and securely in one place.

Other unique features of the app include:

• Use of iPhone accelerometer - change the orientation and swipe through properties and images

• Remembers your search - the app remembers recent properties viewed and recent searches

• Property and Agent search - perform a location search using the GPS device and find properties and agents close by

• Auto-complete on entering locations manually

• Ability to see floor plans in addition to property images
