APARTMENT 45

The 22 apartments of this type have a surface area of about 45 sq.m (not including balcony) and are situated between ground floor and level 10 (edel tower) or ground floor and level 6 (weiss tower). Apartment 45 consists of a separate bedroom, a living room with pull-out couch, eating area and integrated kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, separate WC and dressing room.

Every apartment has a superb balcony with a panoramic view.

APARTMENT 75

The 32 apartments of this type are situated between level 1 and level 10 (edel tower) or level 1 and level 6 (weiss tower). They have a surface area of 75 sq.m (not including balcony).

Each apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with pull-out sofa, eating area and fitted kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower and a separate daytime WC. The major feature in the master bedroom is a freestanding bath-tub. Every apartment has a spacious balcony.

APARTMENT 100

The total surface area of the apartments in this category is approx. 100 sq.m (not including balcony). They are located on level 11 (edel tower) or level 7 (weiss tower). Four units of this type are planned.

The apartments are divided into three bedrooms (master bedroom with freestanding bath-tub), one large living room with pull-out sofa, eating area and fitted kitchenette, two or three bathrooms with bath-tub/shower, a separate daytime WC and a large balcony.

There is also the option to have the apartment divided up into two bedrooms, one study and one smaller living room.

DESIGN

"High Touch" - functional and of high quality, but still homely and contemporary. These were the criteria that Matteo Thun took to the drawing board. Every apartment is to be handed over with basic furnishings and as ready-to-occupy, so that includes flooring, doors, wet areas, kitchenette, plus all electrical and technical installations.

There is also the option of choosing between two furnishing schemes, both designed by Matteo Thun. Modern lifestyle design, the modern and stylish option and alpine lifestyle design, the classic, traditional option. But you can also choose to furnish your apartment to suit your own taste and your own wishes. If requested, our interior designers will be happy to offer advice.
