Payment Structure

Initially, a $10,000 reservation deposit is required to hold the unit of choice,

Then, contracts are sent to you, and you have 15 days to return them and pay the first tranche of the 30% deposit, and then nothing further until completion (est. December 2007).

Note - all monies are held in escrow by Banco General, Panama's 2nd largest bank.

Payments are then made as follows:

• 10% at the signing of sales agreement (less the $10,000)
• 10% at breaking ground
• 5% two months later
• 5% two months later
