Payment Structure

Then, contracts are sent to you, and you have 15 days to return them and pay the first tranche of the 30% deposit, and then nothing further until completion (est. December 2007).

Note - all monies are held in escrow by Banco General, Panama's 2nd largest bank.

Payments are then made as follows:

  • 10% at breaking ground
