Following is an example of how accessible Morib Resort will be for most investors. We have used the apartment A3-9-18 as an example, studio apartment on the 9th floor at 197,888 Ringgits = £31,382 using an exchange rate of 6.3058 MYR to £1

Step 1 Pay £500 Reservation Fee to secure apartment prior to launch (fully refundable prior to paying the securing Deposit).

Step 2 Pay Deposit of £2,000, less the £500 Reservation Fee = £1,500 and the property has been secured.
