A: We will once a development is completed.

A: It starts in May and end in September with June, July and August as top months.

Q3) What is the rental yield for Vila Iulia-Costinesti?

A: Assuming that you had your property completed at this moment in time,now you could achieve a rental of 3000 euros per season equivalent of a yearly yield of al least 10%, which would have covered the cost of your mortgage.
