The Bahamas

Rental returns on the island are particularly good- one can expect around $1,000 per week for a one-bed, or $1,500 for a 2-bed apartment year-round. This represents a rental return of up to 20% per year on pre-construction sale prices.

Demand for rental accommodation is currently outstripping supply, so occupancy rates are expected to be high.
