This well established locals bar is situated in a well known area of Fuengirola and is a favorite with the local ex-pat community. Having a main road location it benefits lots of passing trade from the many thousands of holidaymakers who visit this popular resort. Fuengirola has been developed tremendously over the past 20 years. The town is a complete mixture from the small back streets, to the busy promenade which runs the entire length of the resort. The area boasts a local zoo, aqua park, several world class golf courses and excellent hotels. There is a small picturesque marina and excellent beaches. Inside is approx 30m2 with comfortable seating for 20, with mirrored walls and is tastefully decorated. The bar is equipped with TV, music centre and fruit machines on a 50/50 basis. The present owners, a married couple, open from 6am until 10pm, offering drinks, snacks and weekly curry nights etc. The tiled bar/kitchen area is well presented with wooden top shelving and back shelving and equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, 2 sandwich toasters, 3 door stainless steel bottle chiller, fridge and freezer. There is also lots of storage space and at the rear of this bar are the customer toilets.
