Trade-production company named “Bolko” 1 Jastrowiec Ltd is located in the area of Bolków commune in Jastrowiec and owns plots no 159/21 and 159/22 of the total area of 3.340 m2. The area is covered by residential and farm buildings, 11 buildings altogether including 6 farm buildings and 5 residential buildings. One of the farm buildings is devoted to the production of mineral water, as far as the other ones are concerned there is an alternative of setting up a hotel with restaurant, manufacture of fruits and vegetables, as well as mushrooms. The source of Marie Quelle water 1908 is located on the plot no 616/1 of the area of 0,24 ha in the 650 m distance. Gravitationally water pipe is connected to the production and manufacturing factory. The residential buildings and palace are stocked up on water by the separate water pipe from the other source of water. Effectiveness of the source is defined as 8.000 liters per hour. In the neighborhood of the no 616/1 plot which no 615 is on the plot, there is located, still not managed source of water with the similar mineral content. Marie Quelle 1908 source is described in details in the archives located in Berlin including the note that the water of the similar mineral content is located in France, in Switzerland, and in Greece. Marie Quelle water is medium-mineralized water with the high percentage of magnesium and calcium content. In the neighborhood of the farm there is an interesting and really beautiful historic palace. On the opposite side of the street there is a church. Farm yards including 8 ha of meadows and 12 ha of orchard are located in the neighborhood of the plot built up from the southern side. The said areas are the property of the State Treasury and are subject to be sold together with 15 ha of park with tree-monuments of nature. Both the climate and the area are defined as ecologically clean. The atmosphere here is clean and the air is fresh. All the area is located in Kaczawskie range of mountains. The area where the company is located is very attractive in terms of tourism. The neighboring area is full of numerous palaces, castles and residences, as well as fortresses, monasteries and convents etc. The shape of the areas is also a good basis for the development of tourism. The beautiful landscapes of the hills, ravines are huge attraction for cycling and walking types of tourism. In the existing buildings there is an alternative of growing of mushrooms. The attractive and beautiful stable with so called "cradle" vault is helpful in breeding of the horses. There are also many free residential spaces which may be easily adapted to hotel rooms and restaurants. In the mentioned above buildings and areas there are many alternatives to be employed, depending on plans and expectations in the range: from production, manufacture and growing to recreation. The owner of the Ltd Company in 85% is Kostka family, and the main shareholder and the president of the company is Stanislaw Kostka, owning 62.5% of the total shares.
