Possible to convert into large apartments. Saint Gervais Les Bains is a family ski resort and very popular in winter as a base for skiing in any of the surrounding ski fields. In other seasons Saint Gervais Les Bains is popular for mountain walking with well marked walking trails and fauna and magnificent alpine flora. Nearby is the famous spa Les Therme www.thermes-st-gervais.com . The famous Tramway du Mont Blanc, built in approx. 1900, stops in Saint Gervais on its way to the peaks. Often people stay in Saint Gervais if they wish to climb the Mont Blanc (White Mountain) the highest mountain in Europe which is also near to the hotel. Saint Gervais Les Bains is nestled in a protected valley surrounded by the alps with beautiful mountain scenery and is close to the famous villages of Chamonix and Megeve. The hotel is well situated and structurally very sound and can accommodate up to approximately 30 persons. We have excellent views of the valley and mountains with good onsite parking. Situated close to the village center but in a quiet residential area. Very close to the tennis courts, swimming pool and ice skating rink. The hotel/gite is situated on 1505 m2 of low maintenance land with some garden that can be expanded if desired. Each floor of the hotel is 165 m2 and there are four floors giving a total of approx. 650 m2 of living space and 11 bedrooms each with shower and toilet.
