How it works:
The investment is facilitated through a fixed coupon debenture [a loan to the company] that carries a promise to pay the holder a fixed annual interest of 18% per annum over a 3-year period. So 54% total interest in just 3 years plus return of principle.

Capital Security:
Capital is secured against the land and the ‘planning gain'. Debenture holders are ranked at the top of the creditor list [after the Bank of Sweden] and no tax is payable in Sweden. Furthermore terms and conditions state that payment of interest and principle is to be complete before the company can extract any profit.

Requirements:
The minimum investment amount for this project is 300,000 Swedish Kronor which is equivalent to approximately £25,000

Investment example:
Invest £50,000 and be paid:
Year 1 (20%): £10,000
Year 2 (20%): £10,000
Year 3 (20%): £10,000

Total interest: £30,000
+ Original Investment £50,000
Total return: £80,000
