PLOT PURCHASE INFORMATION
The plots are freehold are freehold with outline planning permission for one family home subject to the Indenture of Conveyance ( size & position limitations )
The plots can be purchased either outright or with terms: 25% deposit and 60 monthly repayments at 9.9% pa interest. These terms can be paid off early with no financial penalty.
