There are no restictions on usage (rent it yourself, live there or let us manage it all), very low managment fees (linked to usage!) and our discounts for early reservations are substantial. Also, for those early reservations, the purchase price is 100% refundable and secured in escrow. If we don't deliver, you don't pay. We do deliver though, hence our confidence in offering such favourable terms.

For discounted off-plan investors, we promise significant savings on the retail prices (approx 30-60% discount), simple payment options and quick exit opportunities. If you choose to hold your property, we also estimate an annual and realistic rental yield of 10%.

Properties are managed by our dedicated luxury resort management company, service fees are low plus there are NO restrictions on use - it's your place, use it, rent it, sell it..
