The village is set in beautifully landscaped gardens, on the ridge with a panoramic view of the west coast from Holetown to Port St Charles and beyond. The development of the 180 acres plot of land is split into three phases. It includes a village hall, three club houses, several lakes, open parkland, communal barbecues and gazebos, swimming pools, tennis courts, a Wellness Centre, the Lakes Centre with restaurant, shops and the Health Care Centre with in-house nursing care facilities. Phase 1 construction has commenced and off plan purchasing has already begun. The first properties will be available in 2006.
