Unlike the UK you are not required to renew your home after a certain amount of years, our homes will last you up to 25 years or more. We supply 5 different types of mobile home: The Campi, The Costa Verde, The Costa Azul, The Costa Prata & The Iberico. Most of these models come in aluminium or wood finishes and are sold at factory prices. All models come with the new style tiled peaked roof, double glazing as standard and have the option of outside decking. Entry Level - The Costa Verde Looking for a budget holiday home in Portugal, this model could be your answer The Costa Verde comes in both a white aluminium or a wood finish. As standard this model comes with the following features. A 4 place stove (3 gas + 1 electric), a 200L fridge, an extractor fan, a kitchen sink, a gas boiler, a standard shower, internal lighting, mattresses, net curtains,internal blinds, lounge seating, folding table and a cork floor. As optional extras you can choose to have fitted the following, an electric oven, fridge freezer, an air conditioning unit, a washing machine, a dish washer, external blinds, external shutters, bunk beds, built in wardrobes, mosquito nets for the doors and windows and normal or large stairs. You can also take advantage of our bespoke tailor-made design service onsite at the factory. You will have access to a computer aided design service and have the last say on the exact layout and the fine details of your mobile home. Our manufacturer has been making mobile homes for 30 years and provides a first class durable product incorporating the latest insulation technology. The standard to which our homes are finished to is very high. SPECIFICATIONS The details given on this web site are intended as a guide only, prices and specifications may vary from time to time. All specifications and prices will be confirmed at the time of ordering. DEPOSITS AND DELIVERY Once you are ready to proceed with a purchase, a deposit of 35% is payable with your order. The final balance is payable once your home is ready. The delivery time is normally 1 to 3 months depending on the time of year. THE PURCHASE PRICE There is a one time connection fee for site services on all our parks which is about 1250 Euros. Electricity is metered on all of our parks. The site fees are about 800 to 1500 Euros per year. LOCATIONS The Holiday Parks that we offer are open and can be used all year round. Their locations are marked in red on the map.
