Set in & around the forest region of the Pay de Loire with access to all holiday transport modes. Fishing lake nearby well stocked with 40lb plus carp. The land is in the centre of the Normandy farm lands offering fresh produce locally. The yearly Le Mans 24hr race which takes place in June is only 35mins away by car. North & West coastal resorts & beaches reachable within 2hrs by car. The site had a farmhouse standing until just after the 40ies & is still marked on the plans in small segmants such as le petite Jardin. (the little garden) The region is Sarthe which has all leisure facilities available you would expect of a modern progressive council. The excellent French motorway system can be accesed 3mins by car. There is a small pond on site into which land drainage has been installed by ourselves c/with 200 tons of gravel laid to form an excellent entrance. A fully made-up tarmac road provides excellent access/egress. All forms of supermarkets/DiY/furniture/electrical shops on industrial out of town shopping areas are very close by. Alough the village of Neuvillette is small it still retains its importance in the local area hosting events organised by the Marie.
