The plot is 1 000 sq. m. situated at the end of the village and provides stunning view. It is at the foot of the mountain and there are many low hills around. The area is perfect for hunting, fishing and it is the best place for your dream house for recreation and to spend a nice holiday with some friends. As there is a house you will not need a building permission to demolish the old one and build a new one on its place. There is electricity and water already and all Bulgarian mobile operators cover the area.
It takes an hour and a half to get to Varna airport and the sea coast and only 50 minutes to get to Veliko Tarnovo - a well established tourist center and old capital of Bulgaria. The area is extremely quiet being approximately 3 miles off the main road from Russe to Varna. It is an area with low hills, a small river curving among them, several small and medium size lakes suitable for fishing, surfing or other water sports, nice forests - good for hunting of deer, wild boar, birds, or just walking and going for a picnic among the nature. A golf course will be constructed in the area in the next 2 - 3 years only 10 miles away from the village.
The roads are accessible all year long and there are easy connections by bus and train towards Russe, Razgrad and other major cities in Bulgaria. It takes an hour (hour and a half max) to get to Varna airport and the sea coast. It is 15 minutes drive to Russe - a big administrative and trade center situated on the Danube river. The village is a medium size one with approximately 1000 people living there. The people are very friendly and helpful. There are about 20 other English speaking people that already own properties in the village and two or three of them are living permanently there. There are the municipality, two shops, school and medical center. Two miles from the village is Tzar Kaloyan - nearest town with shops, police and other amenities.

There is non or very small crime especially in the villages where most of the people know each other. You will never get into a traffic jam, noisy street, be threatened, robbed etc.
It is still very cheap and a monthly budget of about 300 - 400 pound will be enough to allow a normal lifestyle to anyone in Bulgaria!
