Location

Domaine Royal Palm is located 12 kilometres from Marrakech Medina, on a quiet road to Lalla Takerkoust Dam.

Morocco is about three hours by plane from most major European cities. Marrakech airport is served by most leading airlines, and is only a 20-minute drive from Domaine Royal Palm.

Residences

The first phase of Domaine Royal Palm, the Al-Aïn quarter, will comprise 75 villas.

There will be eight different types of villas and they will be of varying size to suit all requirements. Each villa will have a swimming-pool and a private spacious garden.

You will have the opportunity to place your unit in a rental program that will be managed by Beachcomber Hotels

Payment Schedule and Financing

5 % upon signature of the reservation contract

30% upon signature of the preliminary contract

25% upon completion of the ground floor

15% upon completion of the main structure

10 % when the roof is put on

10 % upon completion of the interior work

You will hold full title to your property with a publicly recorded deed of sale.

Calculate to pay stamp duty of 2.5%, legal fees of 1.1%, notary fees of 0.5%, land registry between 1.5% and 2%, dispatch fees of around 30 euros and a further 30 euros for the necessary certificates and documentation.

Construction has already started with the first phase expected to be completed at the end of 2009.
