The village has basic local shops but for major shopping you can travel 10 mins to the town of Tournus or if you want the larger town of Macon and Chalon Sur Saone they are about 20 mins drive away. The Saone is only a 10 minute walk away (so for all you catfishermen then here is an ideal spot). For those who like wine then look no further. The south coast of france is only about 4 hours driive and the mountains for winter sports is just around 2 hours away. The TGV is very Local and it is easy access for all international visits.
