A generous kitchen / dining room and a huge living room with a wooden mezzanine floor leading to the enormous balcony. All rooms have exposed beams and the flooring is original stone through out. A lovely fire-place in the living room gives a very welcoming feel to this part of the complex. Sleeps 4. Living area is 80m2 plus 30m2 balcony.

‘Top house Audrey’ – this is the part of the complex which has a main entrance into the kitchen which opens into the dining area. Here the beams have been again exposed and flooring is with traditional stone. The kitchen has a traditional mosaic sink and traditional work surface with cupboards under. In the dining room a small fire place has been built to make this a cosy dining area.

Above the dining room, by separate access is a beautiful double bedroom with exposed beams and laminate ceiling. From this room there is access to the remaining attic space.

Further along the front of the property and up a few steps and this leads into the entrance hall off which is the bathroom. There is a good sized living area from here and two double bedrooms off this living room. Again the beams have been exposed and flooring is traditional stone. ‘Top house Audrey’ sleeps 6. Options to put in extra beds in the double rooms to give sleeping accommodation for 8. Living area is 87 sq. m.

Next door, but attached, is ’Lilli‘, which and consists of two double bedrooms and a separate bathroom with a small entrance hallway. ’Lilli‘sleeps 4 but again 3 rd bed could be installed to increase the accommodation.

Big house Margi – this is still under renovation but will offer the following accommodation. Internal stair to second floor which will have 3 double bedrooms. There will be access from these rooms to a large terrace upon which there will be two separate toilets and two separate shower rooms.

On the ground level there will be a utility room, two toilets and a large kitchen with an island galley. The rear room to the property will be kept as a large larder storage facility. Also there will be an eating area which will be closed in for winter but open for summer use. Together the living area of ‘Lilli’ and ‘Margi’ are 89m2 plus a large balcony.

This complex has a lovely swimming pool which is 3m x 6m, and outside country toilet and a sun shower.

Cow shed Iona – is currently used for storage as the project progresses. It consists of a garage and adjoining workshop with extra storage areas to the rear. Currently the end room has been transformed into a stable.

This again could be renovated to the same standard as ‘Cow shed Aileen’ or changed to other uses such as ‘Japanese bath’, sauna, gym etc. Around 80m2.

The amount of land is approximately 1220 m2.

The garden is mostly landscaped to grass and the garden has established plum trees, apple tree and peach trees as well as a couple of vines. There are three external sinks around the property and two wells.
