The land Plot Krustceli, 6,9 ha near the Aglona city.
Aglona is unique of its Basilica of Our Lady. Every year, on the 15th of August pilgrims from all over the world are coming to greet the Icon. The Pope visited Basilica in 1992.
28 big and small lakes are rounding the city of Aglona. There have never been any manufacturing, so it’s pure ecologically clean. During soviet times the city was a well-known resort.
Krustceli is the land plot 1 km far from Aglona town, the plot has it’s own road, rounded with forest park and isolated from any noises. Electricity line of 40 A is provided, separated driveway with a roadway gate.
The landscape is very picturesque, with hills, knolls, forest with age-long trees.
The pond cascade of 2 ha is made for your pleasure, with the concrete dam, two bridges and one island on the lake. There is small wooden guesthouse with shingle roof on the island. Different kinds of fishes are living in the ponds – carp, line, sturgeon, pike and crawfish. Ducks are nestling in a reed.
There is also mobile home with every convenience on the plot: 3 rooms, kitchen with a gas oven and fridge, bedroom with a big bed and wardrobe, room for kids, living room with a gas fireplace and couches, toilet, shower cabin. The home is ready to live in spring, summer and fall.
The land is ideal for setting up personal estate, or a well-situated touristic object such as recreation center.
The wondrous beautiful lake lies 300 meters away from Krustceli land. It gets frozen the last in winter, and thaws out the last in spring. Lots of fish in the lake, roe deeps, hares and foxes are often guests of the place.
