Here is a rare opportunity for one investor only, a unique investment which is part of a larger project. The investment comprises a large estate of 5.668 m2 and is destined to become the Country Club for a future innovative development by the same developer.
The investor is invited to purchase the estate, with the estate being re-purchased by the developer at the end of 3 or 5 or 10 years. During the investors' chosen fixed term, the property will be leased back to the developer at an annual fixed rate of 6%.
