Current development plan: The lot lies in two different municipalities. One of the municipalities has a current development plan the other has not. Possibilities in the development plan for this lot: service such as hotels, sport/recreation, residence, tourism, heath and fitness centers, spa and residential community, agriculture, forest. Services: electricity, water, gas, sewer, telephone line.

Average market price for building ground: £ 10,80 / m2.

Average market price for farmer ground: £ 1,- / m2

Except the lot there is a farmer’s stronghold included in the price. This object has a surface of 1.5 hectare. The technical state of the building is very good. In its center there is a big courtyard (more then 1ha) witch might be used as an inside garden.

The lot lies in a territory with many cure places with thousands of tourists every year.

At the moment +/- 40 hectare is building ground with a current development plan. The owner has submitted a request at the municipality to change the status of a large part of the ground to building ground in the new plan (+-120ha). The result will be expected in September 2006. This lot has its own mineral water source and a thermal water source!!!!!!!!! The thermal water source was found of on a depth of 42m -112m. This source is large enough for industrial use (an investigation report is available)!!!!!!! This is examined by a geologist and is very particular within Europe!!!!!!! Because of these wells, it’s possible to develop a cure place or mineral water-center!!!!! A normal depth for a thermal water source in this area is 600 meters.

A part of the lot has ever been a lake, witch is now days dried up. Round this part of the lot is a natural bank. According to of the owner it must be simple to make it a lake. This part of the lot is even building ground.

Underneath a part of the lot was found of an underground lake. On many places the lot is crossed through by small water streams.

The lot is crossed through by various hard and not hard roads. On this moment the lot is used for the cultivation of various plants as kinds of grain, vegetables and water melons. The lot is sloping on many places witch can possibly be used for skiing.

The municipalities are very pleased with new developments and investors. They will very well agree to help the developer in every way they cane, as long as it’s not too much against their own plans for the area. We know the development plan of the two municipalities and there are many possibilities for developing tourist industries and accommodation. However there must be said that the municipality has to justify them selves to the province.

The quality of the cure places is of high standard. There is a lot invested in these places already and more is to come for sure. What is mist in this surroundings is water to swim in, ski possibilities and possibilities for other amusement like leisure parks, sport parks and good restaurants and hotels. This lot has a lot to offer in that way.
