The house is at Ossenigo (Provence of Verona) a small village on the river Adige. The village is - 3km from the train station at Peri - 16km from Affi – Motorway for the Brenner pass, Venezia and Milano - 26km from lake Garda - 35km from Verona airport - 40 km from Verona centre - 160km form Venezia The house The house was constructed with an ancient rock deriving form medievil times and consists of three separate bodies.

The main conrner building has an internal court yard, it need to be completely reconstructed and a very small separate part needs rebuilding. At ground level there is also the original cross vault built in rock, and there are also to original large fireplaces. The three buildings were used in the last century in part as living quarters, stables and a barn.

The surface of the property is 431 meters. Also there is another piece of property at the front of the building which is around 100 squared which can be used as a car park or a garden included in the price.
