This fantastic motel-restaurant “Nova Zagora” consist of:

• Main building – a solid two storey MOTEL-RESTAURANT. There is a central heating in the complex, provided by a propane-butane boiler “Penzotti” – 75 KW, equipped with a 4.75 m3 fuel tank and fully established heating system with heating bodies and respective tubing. Inside the building there are two fire-places equipped with water-jackets possessing a capacity of 25 KW each. a)
• Motel – build-up area: 520 m2, from them fully finished 400 m2. The motel possesses a 40 m2 winter garden with a sauna for 4 persons. Its 880 m2 courtyard has a coloured stone pavement and an 88 m2 water pool with 150 m3 capacity. b)
• Restaurant – 120 m2, functioning. A ventilation system integrated. Built of solid stone-brick masonry, properly jointed.

• 3 outside WCs – 24 m2
• 3 garages – 24 m2 each = 72 m2 2.
• Summer garden - 520 m2 with stone plate coverage.
