Mimosa Park is situated on an elevated south facing position on the gentle hillside in the village of Kumbor and has been designed so that the apartments have stunning views of the Kotor Fjord, and the peninsula of Lustica The resort is a short walk from the sea, where you can meander along the coastal road past many small marinas, cafés, restaurants and small beaches. Alternatively you could catch a water taxi to the main towns or one of the many secluded bays or beaches around the bay or on the Adriatic coast. The apartments have been designed in a creative, contemporary style with open plan living areas which use light and space to maximum effect. The light and space outside have been incorporated too and all the ground floor apartments have a private garden space and all the other apartments have balconies and the majority of top floor apartments have roof terraces. All apartments will be fully equipped with modern kitchens and bathrooms and air conditioning and furniture pack options are available. One car parking space is allocated per apartment and is included in the price. The buildings will be constructed using best practice construction methods and quality materials and carry a 10 year builder’s warranty.
