A well-visited and well-established restaurant with many regular guests offering Austrian and Italian cuisine. The restaurant has been opened all year round for the last ten years. We are situated in a very good location on the Denia city boundary, only 5-7 walking minutes to the beach and approximately 10 minutes to the city centre. Situated in the basement, there are very good possibilities to park your car. The restaurant is fully equipped (dining area, kitchen and bar area) and its floorspace of nearly 200m² (incl. kitchen and storerooms) seats 84 guests. There is an own terrace just in front of the house and our guests can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view across the Mediterranean Sea. The town Denia with its nearly 40,000 inhabitants is located at the Costa Blanca, just at the Mediterranean waterfront. Due to the central position, the town can be reached very easily; only 100 kilometres south of Valencia and 100 kilometres north of Alicante (both cities have an airport).
