This hotel is 5 storeys high and is situated 30 meters (2 minute walk) away from the second beach in Altinkum. The hotel has 30 bedrooms, most of which are single rooms with balconies. It offers either bed and breakfast, half board or a full board service. It has a large bar/restaurant area with a seating/sunbathing area by the pool. At present they are working with Turkish agencies and not English agencies and they are open throughout the winter season. The hotel has been newly painted throughout although could probably do with some new furniture. There are staff living quaters in the basement together with a sauna which at present is not in use. There also an elevator and the hotel is wheelchair friendly. The price for the Majestic Hotel is £1 million At present the hotel is open.
