Various restaurants, bars, shopping centers, cinemas and museums are located in towns of Zarnovica, Banska Stiavnica (UNESCO world cultural heritage site) and Partizanske. Local shops are app. 1 km away in the village Pila. Surrounding area is a natural reserve. It is an open access forest land with tourist, cycling and horse-riding tracks.
