Full Description

The land runs uphill from the road and is a long sheared rectangle shape. The owners believe it is possible to split the site for multiple units, but has not applied for permission.

There is currently a building on the site, therefore planning is not an issue. A freshwater stream runs over part of the property and it would be advisable to divert its course before major construction was started. The costs are estimated to be under £10,000, according to the owner, however there is no written estimate; therefore we can not vouch for this.

Overall there is quite a fair amount of land development work to be done to re-organise the land to make the ultimate use of the site. It is estimated you’d need at least as much as the value of the land to build a decent home. However, we believe that would then be an exception home in a great location. Northern Mahe has to be the most concentrated place on earth for beaches. We start with the island of Mahe.

Beau Vallon to the north, is the most frequented beach in the region and perhaps the most popular on the island. And with good reason. Easy access and short distance from Victoria, it's close for everyone. Interested parties should understand, non-Seychellois persons are not allowed to directkly own property on the Islands, however, we have established a local lawyer who can arrange for the site to be bought by a company which circumvents the rule.

Details regarding immovable property are available on request. The Seychelles, 115 astonishingly beautiful islands 1,000 miles off the coast of East Africa, just 4 degrees south of the Equator: A plae of tropical forests, exotic plants and flowers, huge granite boulders, and idillic palm fringed beaches.

Its relative isolation over the centuries has resulted in a unique ecology with many unusual species such as giant land tortoises, rare birds and the unique Coco de Mar coconut.
