The tenure of these properties is leasehold. Foreigners may have 99 year leases with no restrictions whatsoever. These leases are renewable and so prove to offer full security to the overseas investor.

Your apartment will be full furnished to the standard on the photographs on this document. The apartments are all sold as ‘turn key' - completely, fitted, furnished and ready to rent.
Rental
You will be guaranteed a 10% net yield for the first two years of ownership. After the two years is up, if you wish, The Developer will seamlessly continue to manage your apartment for just 15% of the gross income. The yield versus your purchase price in two years time should be around 16%, so you should still clear an income of 10% - your actual yield if current trends continue should be circa 12% upwards, increasing year on year.
