These 56 living units in total are distributed over a few not too big buildings so that the residence gets a playful character that fits well in the atmosphere and scenery of the village. The complex is rightly called a "Résidence", the more so because a number of communal swimming pools and a lawn for sunbathing will be realized in the centre of the complex. Each living unit has a parking place on the plot so that there will not be any problem to find a parking place for the car in high season.
The 15 linked villas all have 3 large bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and an inbuilt garage. Of course, all villas have a large garden with a terrace. The apartments have one, two or three bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and for the greater part a separate toilet. The apartments have spacious balconies, for the greater part a box room and the possibility for a garage. Buildings 1 and 2 have a lift. The various villas and apartments are delivered with a central "refraichissement" system, which can cool in summer and can heat in winter, and a luxurious kitchen. Communal management
Naturally the villas and apartments will become private property. The intermediate road with illumination is property of the municipality and is maintained by her. The swimming pool and the adjacent plot are property of the proprietors of Résidence la Pinède. For that reason, an association of owners, that attends to the communal property, will be founded. In the first instance, the relative activities such as administration, surveillance, maintenance of the gardens and the swimming pool will be contracted out. If later the association of owners would decide in a different way, this can always be changed. One of the permanent residents might, for example, take the job of administrator on his shoulders.
The models
15 villas and 41 apartments will be constructed. There are two models of the villas. One model is on ground level only; the other one has a second floor. The 41 apartments are distributed over five buildings. There are apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. Also the lay-out of the apartments is different. The drawings at the end of this brochure show the lay-out of the two models of the villas and of each of the apartments. It is also indicated to which villa or apartment in the complex these drawings refer.
