Located in the central neighbourhood of San Francisco, adjacent to Punta Pacifica, Los Faros de Panama is set to be an urban landmark.

The concept of the building is "The Lighthouses of Panama". At height of 346 metres and with 84 stories the central tower will be one of the tallest residential towers in the world and the tallest residential building in Latin America. The two other "Lighthouses" will be 260 metres in height and comprise of 74 stories.

Construction has started and Completion is set for 2010.

Housed in the towers will be around 1600 residential units, an exclusive 5* Hotel, shopping centre, biggest casino in Panama City casino, Spa centres, gymnasiums, social areas, bars, restaurants and swimming pools

Location

The area of Punta Pacifica is an obvious area for expansion and looks set to be a central point for the urban future of the city. Views to the East are of the Panama Bay and the Pacific Ocean. To the West one can enjoy outstanding views of the Panama Bay, the Panama Canal, the city and the nature parks.

The plot is surrounded by land designated for high quality urban use which makes the location even more desirable.

The development is also adjacent to the largest commercial shopping centre in Panama City and is right in the centre of the thriving financial district.

Residential

The project comprises of 1716 large luxury 5* apartments distributed amongst the 3 towers. The apartments are 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms with floor areas between 70 and 150 square metres.

Floors 70 - 83 will consist of the VIP apartments. These are 4 or 5 bedroom penthouses and have floor areas between 200 and 1000 square metres.

The 3 towers are being sold in separate phases with the main middle tower for sale as phase 1.

Outer Towers/Commercial

The developer has not decided the use of for these towers yet. They are currently considering the options of commercial or luxury branded residencies should this happen.
