This lovely wine Cottage is located about 150 meters from a small beautiful lake for fishing ( not big enough for boating), comes with 2800 meters of land that has 450 grape vines that yield anywhere from 700 to 1000 liters of wine.  Wine can be sold at approximately £1.25 per liter.  Land is narrow but runs up hill and has a beautiful view at the top and area to sit and have a drink of wine.  The inside I believe is 75 meters plus a 10 meter wine cellar.  It has 3 floors, full bathroom with septic, and sleeps 4-6 comfortably.  Cottage is approx 15 km from a geothermal heath spa (sulphur water) and a 36 hole golf course under construction as we speak.  The town of Skalica is a beautiful town dating back to the 13th century and renowned for its wine making.  1 hour from the Czech Town of Brno which I believe has flights to the UK, 50 minutes from Bratislava,( cheap flights from UK daily, several airports) Slovakia, and an hour and a half from Vienna. 

The owner has several other similar properties in this area, and any clients that are serious about investing in Slovakia he is prepared to offer viewing trips, as follows

VIEWING TRIPS 

Client pays for flights
Developer will meet you at the airport, provide you with a hire car for max of 3 days.
Provide accommodation for 2-3 nights in a wine lodge or Hotel
Will spend 1-2 days showing you wine cottages in the area he has for sale, provide a tour of the area, and dinner on at least 1 of the evenings.
If you decide to purchase one of his properties , he will refund flights up to a max of £100 pp
