The hotel complex spreads over an area of 12,291 m2. It includes a main building and a series of furnished apartments.

The main facilities of the hotel are situated on the upper side of the site, taking advantage of the spectacular view of Souda bay. They include the lobby, a main restaurant and a bar, a tv room, two swimming pools, a gym and of course it can accommodate a tennis court or other outdoor activities.

The hotel apartments are arranged in four distinct groups which include a variety of spaces with different viewing angles and relationships with the outside terraces. In total, 100 beds.

15 Studios - approximate size 40sqm that includes an open plan space of 29 sqm and a 4sqm bathroom;
10 two-room apartments - approximate size 50sqm that includes a living room of 25 sqm, a bedroom of 16sqm and a 5sqm bathroom;
8 three-room apartments - approx. 80sqm that includes a living room of 25 sqm, two bedrooms of 16 sqm and two bathrooms, one of which has direct access from the bedroom.
Among those, 6 apartments are able to accommodate disabled guests.

Price: 4,900,000 euro (approx. £3,305,000)

This includes the land, cleared from the Archaeological Authorities and the Forestry Commission, the architectural designs and plans, the building permit already obtained and valid until 2011, and the construction of the buildings (but not fixtures, fittings, furnishings).

The complex is situated just 5 minutes drive from the nearest village and 45 minutes drive from Chania town and the international airport (charter flights June to October from many European cities and scheduled flights daily from Athens).
