Where are we now?

Construction of the final phase of Springcourt started on 14 January 2008 and is due for completion in June 2009.  The work is speeding ahead. This phase includes units Nos. 11 to 22.  Of the 11 units comprising this phase only 6 are available, they are Nos. 11, 14 and 15 (Two-bed) town houses; No. 16 (three-bed apartment - ground floor) and 21 and 22 (one-bed apartments on the top floor).  As the land slopes upwards toward the hill, these units are higher than the earlier phases.
