Simply how great value the property is! Prices in a capital city for around 600 Euros/m2 - or from £15,000!! This is incredible value - and with rental yields of 6-8% and a strong rental demand, this is a fantastic opportunity!

These prices are around 40% of what would pay in Montenegro, and 25% of what would pay in Budapest or even Bucharest!  This is astonishing value - and with build costs at 350-400 euros/m2 - margins are low - and prices will not stay this low for long - in fact I fully expect prices to double in the next 3 years!

So not only is this country showing prices less that 50% of comparable countries - this actual development is around 10% underpriced.
