Caribbean villas, townhouses and residences

Viceroy Anguilla will radiate a relaxed chic elegance. Boasting contemporary architecture juxtaposed with organic materials, the Caribbean villa exteriors are clean and modern with straight, simple forms.

Villas

Viceroy Anguilla will feature 35 freestanding four- and five-bedroom Caribbean villas overlooking the sea. The villas will range in size from 4,330 to 5,350 interior square feet. Each Caribbean villa will enjoy expansive outdoor living space, from 1,240 to 1,535 square feet, and each will be equipped with a private infinity pool and Jacuzzi.

Townhouses

Six oceanfront townhouses of three- to four-bedrooms will range from 3,175 to 4,090 interior square feet. Similar to the villas, each townhouse will enjoy expansive outdoor living space, ranging from 1,800 to 3,100 square feet, and each will be equipped with a private infinity pool and Jacuzzi.

Resort Residences

99 Resort Residences will be offered as studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom ranging in sizes from 652sq.ft to 2700sq.ft and penthouse units, 3650 sq.ft.

Location

Viceroy Anguilla will boast more than 2,000 feet of frontage on Barnes Bay.

The island of Anguilla is the Caribbean's most exclusive island making it the perfect location for Viceroy Anguilla.

Facilities

In addition to two beach clubs you will enjoy amenities such as infinity-edge pools, a 16,000-square-foot Asian-inspired Spa, five restaurants, sunset bar and lounge, elite concierge services, two tennis courts, fitness centre, and Kids Club (innovative Kids Club offering supervised activities such as tennis instruction, nature walks, fitness classes and arts and crafts).

The resort will also boast a 78-foot luxury yacht.

Services include: private arrival and departure services, five-star concierge services, twice daily maid service, VIP airport transportation services, property arrival preparation and set up, and pre-arrival grocery shopping.

You will also be eligible for membership in the new Kor Club. As a member, you will enjoy exclusive access to the dedicated Kor Concierge team to facilitate reservations and special requests for all travels.

While you are away, a vountary rental management program is available to help you recoup some of the cost of ownership. If you decide to participate in the rental management program you will also be able to exchange time with other participating Viceroy and Tides destinations worldwide

Prices

Prices are starting at US$935,000 and reaching US$9.9 million.

Payment schedule is 20% deposit on signing of purchase and sale agreement. The balance is due at closing.

The opening is scheduled for late 2008.
