Payment scheme

- 5% reservation fee (non-refundable);

- 20% /fifth instalment/ after the building's exterior walls have been plastered;
- 10% /sixth instalment/ at the issuance of Act 15 for the building;
There's an option for changes in the payment scheme at the client's request.
