Moraira is a small, typically Spanish village, but offers lots of amenities including medical centres, car hire agency, supermarkets and restaurants. There are lovely sandy beaches and a nice marina where boat chartering is available. The property has good rental potential thanks to its communal pool, and its being within walking distance of the village centre and the beaches.
