The area is a popular, desirable and growing suburb to the city of Gdansk. The land is situated 18km from the city centre and has excellent transport connections throughout the Tri-City agglomeration of Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia via the Tri-City motorway located at a distance of 8km.

Kolbudy enjoys excellent development opportunities. The local economy is fast growing, becoming a crucial element of the overall Tri-City agglomeration's economic structure. All economic indicators point to the inevitable further economic integration of Kolbudy with the city of Gdansk and the greater area of the Tri-City agglomeration.
