The land comprises of 8.4 hectares situated in the picturesque village of Lublewo in the municipality of Kolbudy. The land adjoins Lake Kolbudzkie in the protected area of the Radunia Basin.

The area is a popular, desirable and growing suburb to the city of Gdansk. The land is situated 18km from the city centre and has excellent transport connections throughout the Tri-City agglomeration of Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia via the Tri-City motorway located at a distance of 8km.

Kolbudy enjoys excellent development opportunities. The local economy is fast growing, becoming a crucial element of the overall Tri-City agglomeration's economic structure. All economic indicators point to the inevitable further economic integration of Kolbudy with the city of Gdansk and the greater area of the Tri-City agglomeration.

The subject land, with its large plot sizes and close proximity to the lake, is assessed as being ideally located for residential development, in particular, luxury detached family dwellings to appeal to the higher income earners and more affluent consumers of the Tri-Cities.

Within the existing local planning regulations it is possible to divide the area into a minimum 20 plots of approximately 3000m2 each. An architect's conception showing a possible plan for division has been prepared.  With infrastructure these could be sold as individual building plots or the investor could choose to engage in the construction of a number of houses for end sale. In both cases demand in the local market is strong.
