The Naiads residential complex is under construction in Siva, a listed traditional settlement with stone-built houses, inhabited by people with ecological sensitivity.

The Naiads residential complex consists of three residences, with names inspired by Greek Mythology: Daphne, Erato and Kastalia. These are developed in a splendid panoramic location, sufficiently above sea level to offer a splendid view of the plain of Messaras and the local bays.

The tranquil location of this unique construction constitutes an ideal starting point for the exploration of the whole region. Nearby, we find Faistos, Matala, Kamilari and Kaloi Limenes, where the treasures of history unfold to reveal marvellous examples of the Minoan and Classic periods. The region's endless sandy beaches and amazing climate complete the captivating picture.

Kastalia is a NW-facing independent two-storey residence with a view to the "Naiads" complex and the plain of Messaras. Like Erato and Daphne, this too combines the traditional stone building style with concrete, for increased structural safety.
