Malaiwana will be developed in two phases.

The first phase consists of 19 estate villas combining the convenience of modern living with Thai architecture following the traditional layout with separate owner’s private quarters social areas.

Reservation Deposit THB 200,000 due upon signing of Reservation Agreement. This is followed by four stage payments:

1st payment - 30 % due upon execution of legal agreements

2nd payment - 30 % due upon substantial completion of substructure

3rd payment - 20 % due upon substantial completion of roof

4th payment - 20% due upon Practical Completion of interiors.

Construction of the first villas is now well underway. Both phases are scheduled for completion at the end of 2010.
