Lisbon itself offers a wealth of culture and history and the surrounding district has many places of hidden beauty. Capital Growth in this part of Portugal has been steadily growing at about 10% and looks set to continue in the foreseeable future. Prices here are considerably cheaper than the Algarve so now is a good time to invest.
