However, under the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) of the Thatcher era, the government has been actively outsourcing public sector functions to the private sector for some time. The company have been performing renovations for some time now and collectively have over 40 years experience in the sector making them the market leader. When one considers that over the last decade the number of 999 calls has nearly doubled, the market needs suppliers to perform this function. Therefore this is effectively a short term secure fixed term loan that provides investors with another way of achieving short term growth.

Not only does the company act as guarantor, but the agreement contains the chassis numbers of the vehicles themselves. When one considers the sale value upon completion of the renovation and the fact that the sale contract from the purchasing NHS authority must be in place before the phase commences, the security this investment provides is unparalleled.
