There are three different blocks of Tourist Apartments, each with their own communal swimming pool: the Beach Sado Apartments, the Beach Arrábida Apartments and the Beach Atlantic Apartments - all with spectacular views over the Sado estuary, the Serra da Arrábida National Park and the Atlantic Ocean and the beach.
Some of the Tourist Apartments on the ground floor also have a garden and pool of exclusive use, whilst some on the top floors include a terrace and a Jacuzzi.
Guaranteed Rental Yield
All of the Beachfront Apartments are guaranteed a return of minimum 6% per annum* on the purchase price of the property, for 4 years.
By offering you this guaranteed yield on Beachfront Apartments, the promoter demonstrates its dedication to the project and its confidence in the product, assuring you of a minimum income from your apartment during the consolidation of the resort.
The rate of yield shown is the gross amount and refers to the remuneration paid by the Managing Entity to the Owner for the cession of the rights to the use of the Apartment for tourist accommodations for 32 weeks each year at pre-agreed dates, corresponding to an amount equivalent to 6% of the sale price of a Tourist Apartment. The income from the business use of the property during this period will revert to the Managing Entity. The Owner will have the private use of the Tourist Apartment for the remaining pre-determined 20 weeks throughout the year, except as otherwise agreed. The period of guaranteed income from the tourist business use of the property begins on the date the Purchase deed and the Agreement for services rendering are signed and will remain valid and in force for 4 years from that date. The amount due for the cession of the rights to the use of the Apartment for tourist accommodations for the 32 weeks will be paid twice yearly at the end of each semester for which payment is due. After this initial 4-year period, the Owner may use the Tourist Apartment for the 52 weeks of each year, unless otherwise agreed to with the Managing Entity, in which case, the income from the rental of the Tourist Apartment will be the result of the period the Apartment is effectively occupied for tourist accommodation, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement for services rendering and subject to the normal market conditions.
This offer is valid for the Sado, Arrábida and Atlântico Beach Tourist Apartments and Marina Tourist Apartments (studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments), subject to availability.
