The Project
Vale Pisão is the first Nature Resort in the north of Portugal. It comprises a luxury residential complex set in over 150 ha of lush natural landscape, anchored in an 18-hole golf course. The development, where the accent is on sustainable development and environmental conservation, promises a relaxed and comfortable lifestyle.
Vale Pisão - Nature Resort is situated 10 minutes to the north of the city of Porto and to the south of Santo Tirso. It is served by a network of major roads and motorways offering excellent communications in all directions, with direct links to the A1, A3, A4 and IC24/A41. Its proximity to Porto International Airport and the finest beaches of northern Portugal are among its other advantages.

Residential Zone
Vale Pisão's residential zone takes its inspiration from its attractive location, combining elements of modern design with traditional materials like schist and natural wood, in a perfect blend with its surroundings. The arrangement of the residential units in an amphitheatre shape on the valley's slopes is one of the most striking features of this development, providing each home with unrivalled panoramic views and exposure to the sun.
Vale Pisão - Nature Resort offers various types of units ranging from studios to 6-bedroom houses, in all totalling 253 homes (construction phases 1 and 2), most of them family homes. A choice of upgrades, ranging from a gym/sauna to a dedicated home cinema room, means that all homes can be personalised to match customers' tastes.
In the second phase of construction, the Medical Association Boarding House offers a unique opportunity in the Resort: apartments ranging from studios to 2-bedroom flats; an auditorium and a social and leisure area. Under the terms of an exclusive contract, members of the Portuguese Medical Association enjoy preferential purchase terms.
Owners also enjoy the status of Golden Member, exclusive members of the Golf Club, with special terms on all golf services. They are also entitled to use the exclusive area of the Club House and have access to all the activities promoted by the Resort management company, all on special terms.
Golf Course
Vale Pisão - Nature Resort is anchored in of the most modern golf facilities in the north of Portugal.
The 9+9-hole Golf Course was designed by the architect Jorge Santana da Silva. The course has been designed to offer the highest standard of play, satisfying the most demanding expectations of golf enthusiasts.
Vale Pisão Golf Academy offers all the necessary facilities for practising the game: putting green, practice bunker, chipping zone and driving range, Explanar, C-Swing, Tommy putter and Golf Shop. The Golf Academy is managed by Stuart Woodman, an internationally recognised professional - in 2005 he was awarded PGA Advanced Fellow status by the Professional Golfers` Association.
The Academy's resident professional is Sérgio Couto e Ouroso, a golf professional since 1992 and a member of PGA Portugal (Professional Golf Association).
Club House with Restaurant
Situated in the centre of the Golf Course overlooking the Green Park, the Club House, with its elegant, though simple architectural design is intended to be the central focus for social activities at Vale Pisão: golf reception, members' rooms, facilities for golfers, shop, restaurant, bar and terrace.
Green Park
A lush green landscape forms the setting for Vale Pisão - Nature Resort. In addition to the golf course, the Resort has over 120 acres of Green Park, with pedestrian, fitness and mountain bike trails. Maintaining the native flora and natural watercourses and preserving the local fauna are at the heart of the Resort's concerns.
4 Star-Hotel
Designed by the architect Siza Vieira, the Hotel is one of the distinguishing features of Vale Pisão. As a luxury hotel, it is a differentiating factor that puts the Resort on the international tourist map, as well as being the only hotel in the Porto Metropolitan Area that combines closeness to the city and airport with the peace of a Nature Resort.

With the convenience and well-being of residents in mind, the Commercial and Services Zone will provide everything needed for life to be lived to the full at Vale Pisão.
