The apartment unit has many characteristic features of an old building such as wooden floorboards, high ceilings, stucco, double box windows made of wood, etc. The apartment unit is equipped with a large number of wooden windows. The two rooms are facing east and are generously proportioned. The living room has access to the balcony. The large kitchen-cum-living-room is spacious enough to put up a neat dining table. The fitted kitchen is a bit outdated and will certainly be renovated by the new owner. The bathroom is functional, but does not have the appearance of a modern tile selection. For an apartment in an old building, the bathroom is pleasantly spacious and has a large corner bath as well as a shower. There is also enough space to place a washing machine (connection available).

The old building is in a very quiet location despite the proximity to the Lichtenrader Damm. In the own street there is a restaurant in 1-2 minutes walking distance. Two relatively new supermarkets and a fitness centre can also be reached on foot in approx. 2-3 minutes. In approx. 5 walking minutes you can find further restaurants, shopping facilities, copy shop, hairdresser etc.. For the daily needs everything necessary can be reached in a short time.
