Kritsa is a well known traditional Cretan village only 7 kilometers north west of the cosmopolitan tourist town of Agios Nikolaos, Crete.
One of the largest villages on the island, Kritsa offers many services and amenities not found in other villages on the island such as super markets, pharmacies, doctors office, post office, a regular and reliable bus service and of course a good choice of restaurants and cafes.
The house is in good decorative order.
Ground floor comprises, a spacious living room and kitchen, which has fitted cupboards, fridge, cooker and washing machine. The living room has a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs and coffee table. On this floor is also a small bathroom (wet room) with toilet, sink and shower.
An external staircase from a small courtyard leads up to the first floor, which has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and two bedrooms, both with air conditioning. These rooms are not unified internally.
A spiral staircase goes up to the roof terrace with wonderful views over the village, the Kritsa valley and down to the sea. There is a simple pergola for shade.
There is road access for a small car and parking nearby. The centre of the village is just a short stroll away.
The international airport of Heraklion Crete is only 50 minutes by car from Kritsa.
The town of Agios Nikolaos and many organized sandy beaches are within a ten minute drive.
