This particular lodge is a 2 bedroom, 6 berth detached holiday home (3 bedroom designs are also available) with a spacious open plan lounge/diner/fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with en-suite facilities), family bathroom/WC, piped gas central heating, double glazing, integral
white-goods and furnishings. The exterior offers exceptionally large elevated decking plus double parking bay with views of the lake beyond an open frontage creating a sense of space, freedom and relaxation whether inside or outside the lodge.

Available on a recurring annual licence basis. The lodge can be kept on site for as long as it is kept in good order and can be used for holiday use for up to 12 months per annum. Lodge owners are required to provide details of an alternative permanent address each year. The current annual site fee is 3,000 (including vat) and services provided include grass cutting, waste bin collection plus water/sewerage rates.
