Very deceptive in size this quaint village house is only a short walk from the centre of Cortes at the end of a quiet beautifully paved street the entrance door goes into a modern utility/cloakroom area with an adjoining rustic style kitchen. A door from the utility gives access to a large double garage.
From the kitchen is a lounge/dining room with wood beams and woodburning stove.
On the second floor the large double bedroom has stairs up to a further room suitable for a dressing room/office/lounge with a spacious Moroccan style roof terrace from which to enjoy the views.

Cortes de la Frontera is a very friendly Spanish white village surrounded by National Parks, it always feels alive with a mix of old & young people, it has a good school, outdoor pool, recreational facilities & the normal shops such as baker, fish, chemist, butcher etc, bars, restaurants, banks & 24hour clinic.
The industrial estate has a tyre fitter, builders mechant, printer, paint supplies, electricion, animal/garden supplies etc.
20 minutes to Gaucin - 30 minutes to Ronda - 50 minutes to the coast - 1 hour 50 minutes to Malaga
